District 5, which encompasses Noe, Eureka, and Cole Valleys has been on fire this year. The media price per square foot is just under $1100.  Though that number can be misleading as many properties are selling for $1200 - $1300 a square foot depending on the area. For example Duboce Triangle, a sub district of Eureka Valley, has a median price per square foot is $1251, a whopping +13.5% increase over the last two months! Just look at the spike in price per square foot for Duboce Triangle condos in the last two months!
