Meet Monica

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, I have been in the industry since 1994. I very much enjoy working with first-time homebuyers by teaching classes on how to purchase their first home, and working with them individually to help them understand the complex loan programs and necessary steps to take in order to get ready to purchase. I also strive to work with and educate realtors individually and via classes which enable them to better prepare their clients during the pre-approval process.

A knowledgeable loan professional who is passionate about helping my clients achieve their home financing goals. To address the complexity of today’s lending environment, I provide both short and long term planning to ensure that my clients have a thorough understanding of their home finance transaction.
